From private homes to large hotels, hospitals and industrial plants, DISAN develops central vacuum systems tailored to every application. Our engineering team studies the building layout, usage patterns and cleaning requirements to design the ideal network of pipes, inlets and power units. This ensures maximum performance, energy efficiency and ease of use, both for everyday users and for facility managers.
Innovation has been part of DISAN’s DNA since the in-house production of the first units. Our R&D team constantly tests new components, control systems and filtration technologies to increase efficiency and extend product life. By working closely with installers and designers, we turn real-world feedback into smarter, safer and more sustainable central vacuum solutions.
With a new generation at the helm, an experienced team and major investments in technology, DISAN is ready to reach new milestones. The company continues to grow its global partner network while staying true to its family values and its commitment to made-in-Italy quality.
A second plant opens near the headquarters, housing a dedicated R&D division and new production lines. With this expansion, DISAN accelerates product development and strengthens its ability to handle large, complex projects worldwide.
Production and administration move to the city of Bolzano, in the Italian Alps, a region renowned for precision craftsmanship and a highly skilled workforce. The new site provides the space needed to expand production and serve international customers better.
Kurt and Monika Sanfl officially found DISAN GmbH and start in-house production of the first units, some of which are still running today. The goal is clear from day one: robust construction, reliable suction and lasting support for installers.
In the mid-1980s, the Sanfl family begins developing the first prototypes of central vacuum systems, driven by the ambition to make cleaning quieter, more efficient and better suited to modern architecture.
Our technical team works alongside you to define the central vacuum solution best suited to your project, from the first floor plan to the final configuration. Share your plans with us and we will help you develop a system tailored to your building, your requirements and your performance goals.
